Mission Statement
Lights Out is an umbrella organization that
defines parapsychology. Our main purpose
is to bring truth and clarity to those
associated with the paranormal field. Our
efforts are targeted to develop a broader
understanding of all topics defined within
parapsychology. Together, we will help
bring an awareness to society that will lead
toward acceptance of those who venture
outside the comfortable parameters of the
norm. Lights Out includes an internet
based radio show, a variety of psychic
readings, paranormal investigations, group
tours, and classes.`
